摘　　要：本文首次采用新型采样工具吸附丝研究总烃垂直运移规律,发现了烃类在泥岩中双向排烃的特征,证实了渗滤、扩散和微渗逸在油气垂直运移中的作用.This paper set up a technique of using adsorption wire method to measure vapored hydrocarbons for studying the migration theory. From the rocks, the hydrocarbons were adsorbed in the active carbon and analysed by the pyrolysis gas chromatography. From the relationship between total amount of vapored hydrocarbons and the depth of well, oil and gas vertical migration was observed directly. The diffusion, percolation and micropermeation models of the vertical migration have been proved.
