摘　　要：用ＭｅＳＯ－四（３，５－二溴－４－羟基苯基）卟啉试剂二阶导数光度法测定痕量铅李在均，潘教麦，徐钟隽（华东师范大学化学系，上海２０００６２）关键词：二阶导数光度法，铅的测定，人发Ｔ（ＤＢＨＰ）Ｐ是铅的高灵敏显色剂￣［１］，已用于矿样等样品中铅的测定。￣...A method based on the Pb-T(DBHP)P complex for the second-derivative spectrophtometric de ermination of trace lead has been developed.The determination range is O-12ug of lead in 25mL of solution and detection limit was found to be 5. 4ng/mL Most the metal ions in rsasonable amoutsns in reasonable amouts do not interfere with the determination.The method has been used to determine lead in human hair without separation.
