无烟型煤的实验研究与应用

摘　　要：无烟型煤的原材料多种多样，可利用的尚具有较高热值的粉煤灰就是最易获得原材料之一，我们利用烟煤，褐煤和泥炭等参与粉煤灰，制成无烟型煤，取得了满意成果．按研究中的最佳配比制成批量型煤进行燃烧测试，证明燃烧排烟中的各种污染物比不掺粉煤灰的型煤，削减５０％以上，并可节约煤炭３０％左右．The materials of smokeless are various.Coal dust which can be used and has higher value of heat is inexhaustible and obtainable easily.We mix soft coal,liguite and sludge with coal dust to make smokeless briqutte and obtain satisfactory effect.The smokeless briquettes in small amount are made by the best match in the study.It's proved by burning test,that more than 50% of various pollutans in burning emission can be reduced and more than 30% coal can be saved.
