摘 要:本文报告1-羟基芘的荧光光谱在碱性溶液中的红移现象,研究了在1mol/l NaOH溶液中的同步荧光光谱,得出最适△λ为35nm.以此为基础建立了尿中1-羟基芘的同步荧光测定法,回收率80%,精密度8.0%,检测下限0.05ng/ml.The red shift of fluorescence spectra for 1-hydroxypyrcne in lmol/1 NaOH solution is observed as the dielectric constant of the solvent increases. The synchronous fluorescence spectra of 1-hydroxypyrene in NaOH solution was studied. It was shown tnat the optimum difference AX of wavelength between excitation and emission for 1-hydroxypyrene in lmol/1 NaOH solution is 35nm, and the peak of spectrum is at 440nm.A sensitive method for urinary 1-hydroxypyrene with synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy was developed. The minimum detection limit of 1-hydroxypyrene is 0.05 ng and the linear range is over four order of magnitude, the recovery was observed over 80%. The results obtained with this method were comparable with those obtained with high performance liquid chromatography.
