摘　　要：本文论述了我国和世界主要国家的能源利用现状和发展趋势，分析了我国能耗高、浪费严重的主要原因，提出了节能降耗和发展新能源是防治环境污染、避免资源浪费的两大途径。概括地阐述了改进工艺和动力装置、发挥集中供热、利用废余热发电和实现热电联产、改变能源结构、发展新能源等是节能降耗、改善环境的重要措施。In this article the energy resource use nowadays and the tremd of development in ourcountry and some other countries in the world are reviewed. After the main couses of highenergy resourse use and extravagance have been analyzed , it is propounded that the energysaving and waste reduction , and the development of new energy resourse are two importamtavenues which can prevent and cure environmental pollution and reduce resources wasted. Itis generally explained that improving technology and power device , developing central heat-ing, using waste heat for generating electricity and developing new energy resources are im-portant measures for energy saving and waste reduction.
