摘 要:对水胺硫磷水样在生物降解前后的性能评价指标进行了研究。结果表明,有机磷、农药含量及降解率与COD_(cr)及其去除率分别呈高度正相关。因此.选用COD_(cr)去除率作为固定化微生物对农药降解活性的常用评价指标是适宜的。文中还给出了由试验数据建立的回归方程及其显著性检验结果。The indicators for evaluating the performance ofimmobilized microorganism before and after thebiodegradation of isocarbophos in water sampleshave been studied.It has been found that the levelsand degradation rates of the organophosphoruspesticide in water were in highly positive correlationto CODcrand CODcr removal,respectively,so that it would be proper to choose CODcr removal as a routine indicator for evaluating the activity of immobilized microorganism in the degradation of thispesticide.What was given in this article also included the regression equations established on the basis ofexperimental data,and the results from their significance tests,wherein the correlative coefficientsof Eqs.1-4,Eqs.5 and 7,Eqs. 6 and 8,and Eqs.9-12 were 0.992,0.940,0.951 and 0.978,respectively.
