反相液相色谱技术检测农田大气和水稻茎叶、谷壳、稻米中噻枯唑分析方法研究

摘　　要：本文报道了用反相液相色谱技术检测噻枯唑残留分析方法。农田大气检测极限6.5ppb,吸收回收率92.08±4.99％,C.V.4.11％;茎叶、谷壳、稻米检测极限25Ppb;添加0.1～5ppm含量范围内,茎叶、谷壳回收率91.45±4.87％,C.V.3.01％～6.41％;稻米回收率92.37±4.93％,C.V.2.18％～5.49％。The usage of the reverse phase liquid chromatography for detection of saikuztto was reported. The detection limit,recoveries and c. v. of field atmosphere,straw,hull and brown rice,were,6.5ppb,92.08±4.99%,4.11%5 25ppb,91.45±4.87%,3.01-6.41%; 92.37±4.93%;2.18-5.49%,respecticely.
