摘  要:次黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的氧自由基在体外能明显增加血小板膜微粘度、脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛含量、血小板胞内游离钙浓度和血小板5-羟色胺的释放量。0.03u/ml的蛇毒抗栓酶明显抑制前二种效应,但促进血小板释放5-羟色胺,增加血小板胞内游离钙浓度。结果表明蛇毒抗栓酶对血小板膜有保护作用。he experiments were performed with rabbit platelet suspension(PSS)to studythe effect of snake venom antithrombus enzyme(SVATE)on platelets in vitro.In thispaper,the production of free radicals derived from hypoxanthine(HX) /xanthineoxidase(XO) ,platelet malondialdehyde (MDA) ,platelet membrane microvisco-sity,5-HT released from platelet and platelet[Ca2+]i were respectively measur-ed.The experiments were divided into 4 groups:1.PSS(control);2.PSS + HX/XO; 3.PSS + SVATE;4.PSS + SVATE + HX/XO.The results showed that pla-telet membrane microviscosity,the production of MDA and 5-HT and platelet[Ca2+]i were significantly increased by oxyradicals.The intervention ofSVATE can significantly inhibit the two former effecls of oxyradicals and incre-ase 5-HT release of platelet and platelet[Ca2+]i.The results indicate thatSVATE has a protective effect on platelet membrane.
