低氧时大鼠肺外肺动脉羟脯氨酸含量的变化及川芎嗪对其影响

摘  要:用改良的微量组织中羟脯氨酸(Hp)含量测定法,观察了常压低氧大鼠肺外肺动脉中Hp含量的变化及川芎嗪对其作用。结果表明,常压低氧14天,肺动脉压明显升高,肺动脉Hp含量也明显增加,以ug/条动脉或ug/mg干重表示都类似。提示低氧引起肺外肺动脉胶原含量增加。还观察到川芎嗪对上述变化有明显抑制作用。ypoxic pulmonary hypertension model of rat was used in this investigation.The ckange of hydroxyproline(Hp)content in extra- pulmonary arteries and theeffect of ligustrazine on it were studied,The results showed that hypoxia (10%02, for l4 days) induced pulmonary hypertension(PAP increased from 19.4±0.9mmHg to 26.4±0.8mmHg, P<0.01)and increased Hp content of extra-pulmonarytartery (from 40.4±3.2ug/mg dry wt to 48.6± l.1ug/mg ,P<0.05).Ligustrazinereatment (80mg/ kg im)could inhibit both increased PAP and HP content inducedby hypoxia,The possible mechanism was discussed.
