摘　　要：米利酮和哇巴因均能改善心衰模型狗的心功能，在相近剂量，米利酮和哇巴因均能减轻心脏负荷，但其作用各有特点。结果表明，米利酮和哇巴因作用机制和作用方式肯定不尽相同。n eanine heart failure model,the depressed cardiac function were improvedby milrinone and ouabain at same doses.Milrinone and ouabain also alleviatedthe cardiac load respectively. But two drugs effects were different.The results su-ggested that their action mechanisms and action mode were not similar.
