摘 要:本文研究了出血性休克时鼠心肌线粒体内膜呼吸链电子传递的变化和丹参注射液的灌注治疗。失血性休克4h时,鼠心肌线粒体NADH呼吸链和琥珀酸呼吸链电子传递活性明显下降。丹参治疗能明显改善鼠心肌线粒体二条呼吸链的电子传递活性:NADH-Co.Q还原酶,NADH-Cyt.C还原酶,琥珀酸-Cyt.C还原酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性皆恢复至假处理组水平的90%以上,琥珀酸-Co.Q还原酶也明显恢复,上述酶皆与假处理组无显著差异。盐水对照组,NADH-Cyt.C还原酶活性进一步降低,其它酶活性有一定改善但皆差于丹参治疗组。这表明丹参治疗能全面改善失血性休克后鼠心肌线粒体的氧化代谢。he effects of Injectio Salvine Miltiorrhize (ISM)on the myocardial mitochon-dria of rats following hemorrhagic shock were studied At 4h after shock,the acti-vities of electronic transfer of NADH-,and succinate-respiratory chains were re-markably decreased in rat myocardial mitochondria Blood reinfusion treatment withISM at 3h after hemorrhagic shock,the activities of electronic transfer of two re-spiratory chains were satisfactorily improved,NADH-Co.Q reductase,NADH-Cyt.Creductase,Succinate-Cyt.C reductase and Cytochrome oxidase raised to above 90%of that in the sham-operated rats,and Succinate-Co.Q reductase was also signifi-cantly increased.In contrast, blood reinfusion with saline,NADH-Cyt.C reductase wasprogressively dropped, and the others were some increased but poorer than theactivites of these enzymes with ISM treatment,These results suggest that ISM is ableto efficinvely improve the oxidative metabolism of myocardial mitochondria of ratfollowing hemorrhagic shock.In addition,the mechanism of effectiveness of ISMwas briefly reviewed.
