摘　　要：概述了速度监控装置的系统组成，功能特点，对硬件结构及软件设计作了较详细的介绍。目前该装置已在成都机务段全面使用。The system formation and function characteristics of the speed monitoring device are outlined,with detailed introduction of its hardware structure and software design. Right now it is in overall service inChengdu locomotive depot.
