摘　　要：采用电化学、表面物理试验方法，通过低合金化途径所研制出的耐硫酸露声腐蚀用钢—ＮＤ钢，能在硫酸露点腐蚀过程中提高腐蚀电位、降低钝化电流、形成致密的保护膜而具有高的抗硫酸露声、腐蚀能力。实验室及现场使用结果表明，ＮＤ钢耐蚀性比普通碳钢高１０倍以上，并超过国外同类产品的水平，是一种新型的耐硫酸露点腐蚀用钢。ND steel has been developed to have good resistance to sulfur dewpoint corrosion by means of electrochemistry and surface physics methods.Experiment results showed that ND steel contained low alloying elements, while the corrosion potential. Ec, would move up,the passive current, ic,would be gettmg lower and a fine and close film would form on the surface during continuous sulfur dewpoint corrosion procedure.The resistance of ND steel to sulfur dewpoint corrosion was over ten times higher than that of conventional mild steels and also better than that of the same kind of steel from aborad.
