摘　　要：测试了高强韧性冷作模具ＬＤ１钢（７Ｃｒ７Ｍｏ３Ｖ２Ｓｉ）的ＴＴＴ及ＣＨＴ曲线，确定出等温退火、循环退火工艺，使该钢具有良好的被切削性和冷挤成型性，制定出适于不同冷冲模具的浮回火工艺。This paper deals with the TTT and CHT (continuous heating transformation) curves of LD1(7Cr7Mo3V2Si) steel used for making high strength and toughness cold work dies. The processes of isothermal and cyclical annealing were investigated in order to improve the machinability and cold extrusion formability of LD1 steel. Furthermore the studies on optimal heat treating processes corresponing to a variety of cold work dies were also made.
