两种热处理的GH132合金持久强度性能的研究

摘  要:研究了两种Ti含量的GH132合金,分别经过标准热处理和“4332”热处理后的持久强度性能。观察到两种Ti含量的试样,4332热处理试样较之标准热处理试样有较短的断裂寿命和较高的延性。SEM的观察表明,标准热处理后的试样主要发生沿晶断裂,而4332热处理后,则发生兼有沿晶和穿晶的混合型断裂。穿晶断裂比例的增加是延性提高的原因。Abstract The creep rupture of superalloy GH132 containing two different Ti with standard heat treatment and u4332' heat treatment was studied' It was observed that for both contents of Ti, the specimens with u4332' heat treatment have shorter fracture life and higher ductility than those with standard heat treatment. SEM observations show that the fracture of the specimens with standard heat treatment is mainly intergranular,while that with '4332' heat treatment, becomes mixed mode of intergranular and transgranular. The increase in ductility can be attributed to the increase in ratio of transgranular fracture.
