摘 要:在阐述了TIG焊模拟型晶体管弧焊电源的优异控制性能与其功耗大、效率低的矛盾后,论述了开发接触式引弧系统的必要性及其实现所必须解决的技术关键──控制系统及钨电极/工件的粘连及污染。还就控制系统设计中的信息拾取、信息处理和抗干扰等问题进行了详细的分析,并描述了采用双电压比较器及延迟滤波器的必要性及其工作原理。对钨电极/工件的污染问题,也给出了定性及半定量分析的结论。无论从钨电极的极限引弧次数还是零件的渗钨量,接触式引弧都较高频引弧为好。并对研制的接触式引弧系统的动态品质进行了解析求解和操作试验,证实了设计系统的可行性及可靠性。Examine the controdictory between the excellent current control property and the high loss of power,or low efficiency of the analogue-type transistor TIG welding power source,this paper points out the necessity of developing arc igniting system with the touching method.To realize the system,a series of technical hingles must be solved which include the control system,the tungsten contamination of workpiece and blunting of electrode tip.After carefully discussing problems of measuring,processing of arc information and anti-interference,a window comparator and a delay filter circuit have been adopted with certainty.The operation princple of the delay filter circuit has also been studied here.This paper shows the results of qualitative and semiquantitative analysis of tungsten contamination of workpiece and blunting of electrode tip.It proved that the touch starting system in the views of the limited times of ignition and the tungsten contamination of workpiece.Finally,this paper analysed the dynamic performance of arc igniting system,and the results of operation experiments proved that the designed system are feasible and reliable.
