摘　　要：本文应用离散优化技术对圆柱凸轮分度机构进行优化设计,根据该机构常见的失效形式建立目标函数,在深入研究机构的内在特性的基础上建立约束条件,使机构的设计达到最优。优化结果表明本文的优化软件可靠性高、优化效果显著。By tne use of discrete optimization technique this paper made an optimistic design on the indexing mechanism of cylindrical cam. The objective functions are being established according to the common form of this mechanism. The constraint conditions are built on the base of a deep study in the inherent character of mechanism and made the design of mechanism reaches to an opitmum. The result of optimization indicates that the optimization software given in this paper has a high reliability and a remarkable optimization effect.940115
