摘  要:用电子顺磁共振方法从长白山出产的二十余种中草药中筛选出能清除活性氧自由基的中草药16种,其中绝大部分的清除效率大于50%。此可做为利用其研制抗衰老、抗肿瘤等药物和开发的理论依据。The characterizations of activated oxygen free radicals scavenged by more thantwenty kinds of plants plucked from Changbai mountain area were observed with the tech-nique of EPR spin trapping methods,In this experiment, sixteen kinds of samples can re-markably scavenge free radicals and the rate of scavenging of most samples were higher than50%。The abundance of superoxide dismutase activity in the plants of different resourcessuggests that the erizyme might play a significant,or vital,role in protecting organism a-gainst the damaging effects of the free radicals.This article provides a detection method toscreen for the mertevial with the scavenging effects on activated oxygen radicals. Moreover,it provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of antitumor and antiagingdrugs.
