ND—901、ND—903杀菌混剂防治大棚黄瓜霜霉病的研究

摘  要:用载玻片萌发法测定了混剂的室内毒力,共毒系数ND─901为208.14,ND—903为243.13,表明具有一定程度的增效作用.大棚试验结果表明,无论在防效还是增产方面,混剂比单用保护或内吸性杀菌剂都具有明显的优点。小区试验ND─901和ND─903的防效分别比三乙膦酸铝高10.98%和24.28%,增产22.2%和40.5%.ND─901国内多点示范推广防病增产效果都很好。此外,还测定了混剂的急性口服毒性(大白鼠LD50ND—901为14700mg/kg,ND─903为12600~13300mg/kg)及ND─901在黄瓜上的残留动态.The mixture toxicities were tested by germination method on slide glass.CTC of ND901 and ND903 were 208.14 and 243.13, respectvely, indicating certain synergism. The mixtures, whether controlling effect or increasing production, obviously had more advantase than individuals. the effects of ND─901, ND903 were 10.98%, 24.28% and 22.2%, 40.5% higher than phosethyl─AL in plot experiments in plastic greenhouse, respectively. in addition,the toxicities of acute oral LD50 for rats were recorded as 14700mg/ks(ND─901), 12600─13300mg/kg(ND─903) and the residual dynamics of mancozeb in ND─901 in plastic house cucumbers evaluted.
