发根农杆菌感染龙胆再生植株的研究

摘　　要：本文用发根农杆菌（Ａｇｒｏｂａｃｔｉｕｍｒｈｉｚｏｇｅｎｅｓ）对龙胆（Ｇ．ｓｃａｂｒａＢｕｎｅｇ）叶片进行感染试验，在不含任何激素的简单培养基上获得了丛生苗．再生植株根系发达，单株根鲜重明显高于对照．This paper using the Agrobactium rhzogenes carry out test of infectes in the leaves of sentian. Regenerated plants of thicket were contained in Simple medium of no any homelies.The regenerated plants fresh weight of roots are higher than Control.
