烟草赤星病菌生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：１９９１～１９９３年从长春等地采集的标本中分离得到Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａ菌株。经过对病菌的致病性、形态、生长温度、ｐＨ范围及对不同碳、氮源的利用等项目的测定，确定该病菌为Ａ．ａｌｌｅｒｎａｔａ（Ｆｒ．）Ｋｃｉｓｓｌｅｒ．是引起烟草赤星病的病原菌。病菌在５～３５℃均可生长，但以２５℃，４ｈ条件下萌发率可达１００％，病菌在９种不同的培养基上生长，其小燕麦琼胶培养基、ＰＤＡ、玉米粉琼胶培养基适合于菌丝生长，而蔗糖琼胶培养基最适合分生孢子的产生．在氮源的利用上，有机氮和无机氮均可利用。在碳源的利用上，以甘露糖、淀粉、乳糖中菌丝扩展较快，病菌在ｐＨ３．２～９．２之间均可生长，但以ｐＨ７时最合适。Alternaria isolates was isolated from tobacco in Changchun and other places durins the growing season of 1991￣1993.The research results showed that the temperatural rans of mycelium growth was between 5-35℃,but the optinum was 25℃.Among 9 kinds of medium,OA,PDA,Co were better for mycelium growth,ZA was the best one for producing conidia.Development of hyphae was fastest in mannose,starch,lactose.The Potium pH value was 7.
