接续产酸型活菌制剂及其产品的研究

摘　　要：本研究从自然界、畜禽肠道中分离筛选出植物乳杆菌（Ｌａｃｔｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｐｌａｎｔｅｒｕｍ）、屎链球菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｃｏｃｃｕｓｆｅｃａｌｉｓ）、乳酸片球菌（Ｐｅｄｉｏｃｏｃｃｕｓａｃｉｄｉｌａｃｔｉｃｉ），经鉴定后进行菌种耐酸产酸试验、生长产酸模拟试验、对腐败菌和需氧菌影响试验、毒副作用及安全性试验．形成了在动物肠道中任何ｐＨ值环境中均能有１～２种菌繁殖生长的接续产酸为主的活菌制剂──益生素（Ｐｒｏｂｉｏｔｉｃｓ）．经饲养试验和防治仔猪、雏鸡下痢试验表明：与抗生素对照，仔猪６０日龄平均提高日增重１４．３％，饲料转化率提高４．６％；对仔猪下痢有效率达１００％，平均治愈率达９８．６２％；１１９８只蛋鸡试验产蛋率提高４．３８％，死亡率降低３．８１％；５０００只肉鸡试验生长速度提高５．３５％，饲料消耗降低５．３４％．并形成了冻干、粉、膏、水等四种剂型的生产工艺，推出了以接续产酸为特点的新型系列化活菌制剂。The authors separated and chose the Lactobicillus Plantarum,the Streptococcus faecium,the,Pediococcus acidilactici,the Cereobiogen from the nature and intestinal tracts of livestock and Poultry,and carried out the experiment of acid- fast and acidgenous of these bacteria, model test in srowing and producing acid,test in the effects to stable bacteria and aerobic organism and experiments of toxicity and side-effect of safety.Then the microbial ecological agent-Probiotics was got.The probiotics improved the laying rate at a 4.38% and decreased the death rate at a 3.81% on 1198 hens,improved the growth speed at a 5.36% and reduced the feed consumption at a 5.34% on 5000 broilers.Making technolosy of freeze-drying,powder, paste and liquid of the probiotics were set up.
