摘　　要：本文提出用预乘式结构实现分数倍采样率的变换。这种方案的特点是硬件结构与控制时序都较简单。本文详尽叙述了预乘式分数倍插值有限冲激响应滤波器的原理与设计方法,并给出了相应的计算机模拟结果及一个硬件实现的实例。Multirate Finite Impulse Response(FIR) filter is widely used in digital signal processing. In this paper a multirate FIR filter with premultiplication scheme is provided for fractional sampling rate conversion. Both hardware and control of the system arc simple. The principle and the design of the filters are described in detail in this paper. The computer simulation and an example of implementation are also given.
