摘  要:生物测定表明佛山、上海、广州和成都四个地区尖音库蚊复组蚊类对OP杀虫剂有不同程度的抗性,对氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂残杀威没有明显抗性。单个蚊虫的生化分析发现蚊虫AChE对残杀威的敏感性没有改变,抗性库蚊的酯酶活性升高,各群体酯酶活性分布频率及活性升高程度与OP抗性水平呈相关趋势,说明酯酶活性升高系自然界库蚊OP抗性的主要机制。PAGE显示抗性库蚊有三种高活性酯酶B。Culex pipiens complex mosqitoes collected from Foshan,Guangzhou,Chengdu,Shanghai,China,have larval resistance to dechlorvos,fenthion and malathion,not to propoxur.Biochemical assavs on individual mosquitoes showed that there was no significant difference in propoxur sensitivity of the acetylcholinesterase from the collections and susceptible strain,indicating that the sensitivity of the target site has not been altered.There was a good correlation between organophosphate resistanee and increased esterase activity with β- naphthyl acetate,which seems to be the major resistance mechanism in these field populations.Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that three highly active esterases B were present in the field resistant mosquitoes.Lightly elevated esterases A were found together with esterase B in a few individuals.
