肺心病患者心脏功能与血粘度关系初探

摘　　要：作者同步测定了29例肺心病患者血流变及心功能各项指标。结果表明:肺心病急性加重期全血粘度,血浆粘度,红细胞压积增高,经治疗病情缓解后,它们均有一定程度的下降。除PEP外,肺心病组心功能各指标均有明显改变。而且血粘度正常组的心功能变化明显不同于血粘度增高组。说明血粘度是影响肺心病心功能的重要因素之一。The parameters of the blood rheology and heart function were measured by synchronous measurement in 29 patients with chronic cor pulmonale(CCP).The results showed that at the acute stage of CCP.the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were increased. After treatment,in spite of some decrease,the parameters did not reach the control group level.All the parameters of the heart function but in the CCP were higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference in changes in CO.CI,SV,and LVET,between the viscosity—increased group and the normal viscosity group.It is suggested that the blood viscosity is one of the important factors in an effect on the heart function in the pationts with chronic cor pulmonale.
