摘　　要：本文对98名20岁～86岁(其中≥60岁者42人)健康人血清单胺氧化酶(monoamine oxidase,MAO)含量作了测定。结果表明60岁以上老人血清 MAO 随龄增加。组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),符合人类血清 MAO 随龄增高的观点,为探讨人类血清MAO 随龄增高的机制提供了依据。The content of serum monoamine oxidse of 98 healthy persons ranging from 20 to 86 years of age(42 eases 60 years old)was determinedThe results showed that serum MAO content of the elderly persons(above 60)inerreesed with aging with significant difference between groups(P<0.01)and was consistent with the viewpoint that human serum MAO increases uith agingThere fore,it provides abasis for the exploration of its mechanism.
