摘　　要：本文对28例 Sjogren's 综合征患者的血液流变学进行观察。结果显示全血粘度、还原血粘度、血沉 K 值、VAI 显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。说明血液流变学检查可作为 Sjogren's 的诊断和疗效判定的指标。亦为活血化瘀中药治疗 Sjogren's 提供了依据。28 cases of blood theology of Sj ogren′s syndrome were observed.The results showed the total blood viscosity,the reduction bloodviseosity,the Kvalue of blood sedimentation and VAI obviously higher than the compared group(P<0.05).It suggested that the exam- ination of blood rheolgy could be used as the index of Sj ogren′s dignosis and the effective judgement.Italso provlded the basis for the treatment of Sj ogren′s syndrome by Chinese herbs.
