肥厚性心肌病猝死的法医病理分析

摘　　要：从尸体检例中选出肥厚性心肌病猝死9例进行法医病理学观察,结果:本病心脏体积增大,重量明显增加,平均重量为583g,室间隔增厚,平均厚度为2.3cm,室间隔厚度与左室后壁厚度的比值>1.5。心肌结构紊乱和心肌肥大,并对肥厚性心肌病的病理诊断标准,猝死的时限,猝死发生的诱因和发病机理进行讨论。A cases of autopsy material in hypertophic cardiomypathy were studied.The results showed that all healts became large in volume and increased marketly in weght,with the average of 583g,that interventricular suptum became thickened with the average of 2.3cm and the rate of thickness between the inter ventricular suptum and the posterior wall of the' left ventricle of 1.5 and that muscle change the disorder of structure in the cardiac and hypertrophy were found.The criterion of pathological diagnosis ,the time timilition of sudden death,the cause and pathogenesis ,in hypertrophic cardiomypathy were also disussed.
