摘  要:以往的震害预测模糊综合评判模式,没有区分模糊与非模糊因素,预测结果只是各种因素的加权平均综合,不能反映出某一宏观烈度下的震害异常。本文从多维混合模糊推理出发,导出了基于二次模糊修正的综合评判模式,提出了震害异常问题的处理方法。并应用此模式对钢筋砼单层工业厂房进行了震害预测。The synthetic evaluation model of seismic damage prediction in the past does not distinguish fuzzy and non-fuzzy factors, and the predicted results are only a synthesis of the weighted average of various factors, so it can hardly reflect the abnormal phenomena of earthquake damage under a certain macro earthquake intensity. According to the multidimensional mixed fuzzy inference, this paper deduced the multifactor evaluation model based on second fuzzy modification and proposed the method to deal with abnormal phenomena problems in earthquake damage. The suggested method can be applied to the predicting of seismic damages of singlestory reinforced concrete industrial buildings
