摘　　要：本文简述了一个八层房屋模型的抗震试验及其结果。模型的底部两层为框架－剪力墙结构，上部为六层砖房结构，模型比例为１／３。根据试验结果，对模型的极限承载力、变形能力、破坏机理等进行了分析研究，并对这类房屋的抗震性能进行了综合评价。in this paper, the seismic test and its results of a 8-story building model are brieflyintroduced. In the 1/3 scale model, the first and second storyes are R/C frame and shear wallstructure, and the upside is 6-story masonry structure. According to the test results, the limitload-bearing capacity ,the deformation capacity ,the failure mechanism of the model etc. were anal-ysed. Furthermore ,the seismic properties of this kind of buildings have been evaluated.
