摘　　要：权威的科技论文检索系统对科技论文收录、引用情况统计结果的排名榜，被公认为反映了一个国家或地区、机构的科学技术水平，我国目前的科技论文数排名榜位次虽已上升到第１２位，但与泱泱大国仍不相称。对当前作者、编者应引起重视的一些问题，如衡量科技论文质量的标准、基金论文率、引文统计等进行了讨论，指出，国家、单位、论文作者和编辑人员，都应为提高我国的科技论文数排名榜位次作出贡献。作者可根据所撰写论文的学术水平，将稿件首选投向三大检索系统和中国科学技术信息研究所的统计源期刊。he statistical data of scientific and technical treatises indexed and abstracted by the authoritative retrieving systems, such as SCI, EI, ISTP, CA and PA, have been believed to reflect the scientific and technical level of a country, area and organization.The number of chinese scientific and technical papers indexed and abstracted has arisen but is not worthy of the title of the great country. It is discussed for some points to which one should pay attention, such as the criteria evaluting the papers quality, the ratio of fundsupported papers, the citation of references and others. It is pointed out that the country,organizations, authors and editors all should make a contribution to rising the precedenceof the number of chinese scientific and technical treatises indexed and abstracted by the world authoritative retrieving systems. For the reason, authors should contribute the papers to the source periodicals of the world authoritative retrieving systems and the scientific & technical information institute of China.
