摘　　要：开发了基于ＴＥＰ３０３３、二乙醇胺和ＴＭ８０的全水发泡低密度、低硬度冷熟化高回弹聚氨酯模塑泡沫配方，研究了配方中主要原料对发泡配方的影响。在本研究配方条件下，使用复合胺类催化剂可得到良好的制品表现和泡沫加工性，且改善了表皮质量。The foumulations of cold curing and high resilience polyurethane moulded foam with low density and low hardness, based on TEP3033, water as the only blowing agent,diethanolamine and TM80 Were developed.The effect of the main raw materials on the formulations was studied. For the given formulations, the desired appearance of the product and processing feature of the foam were abtained and the skin quality of the product was improved by using compound amines as catalyst.
