灭虫了粉剂驱杀家畜主要寄生虫的研究

摘　　要：本项研究完成了灭虫了粉剂以０．２ｇ／ｋｇ剂量对多种家畜寄生虫的驱杀试验。试验的畜种有大家畜１９０头，其中黄牛１３６头、水牛２１头、马２匹、骆驼３１峰；中家畜１１８１头，其中猪１９９头、山羊６１头、绵羊９２１头；小家畜（兔）７４８只。在寄生虫的种类上，包括多种圆形线虫、毛线虫、尖尾线虫、柔线虫、蛔虫、毛首线虫以及外寄生虫的疥螨、牛皮蝇蛆、羊鼻蝇蛆等。除对毛首线虫疗效不稳定外，对其它虫种均取得满意的效果。试验结果显示，灭虫了粉剂具有广谱、高效、安全、使用方便等特点。推广应用该药将会产生显著的社会效益和经济效益。A comprehensive clinical study on the antiparasite effects of Mie Chong Ding, a home developed antiparasitic agent of China, was conducted in 190 large-sized animals (136 cattles, 21 buffalo, 2 horses and 21 camels), 1181 middle-sized (199 pigs,61 goats and 921sheep) and 748 small-sized (rabbits). All the treated animals were diagnosed as naturally infected with more than 2 species of parasites. The therapeutic results showed powerful and satisfying effects of the drug against a broad range of nematodes and arthropod parasites of domestic animals such as Ascaris, Trichuris, Oesophagostomum, Trichostrongylus, Ancylostoma, Metastrongylus, Haemonchus contortus, mange mites and the larval stages of Oestrus ovis or Hypoderma bovis. It is concluded that Mie Chong Ding is characterzed by a broad spectrum, powerful effects against the parasites, reliability, safety to host animals and convenient administration. It can be predicted that the application of the drug will provide remarkable social and economic profits.
