粗毛型长毛兔及其亲本染色体研究

摘　　要：应用外周血淋巴细胞培养法对粗毛型兔及亲本兔的染色体核型进行研究。结果表明，粗毛型长毛兔及其亲本二倍体细胞染色体数均为２２对。雄性兔为２１对常染色体和一对性染色体ＸＹ，雌性兔为２１对常染色体和一对性染色体ＸＸ。根据染色体形态指数数值分析，认为两次国际会议分组标准（１９８０，１９８１）较为合理。粗毛型免及亲本的染色体形态指数基本一致。The Bristly-wool Rabbit is a newly bred strain with Newzealand White Rabbit and German Angora Rabbit as its parents,through crossbreeding and self-crossing. The strain has characteristics of fast growth, high wool production and high coarse wool rate. In order to know its germplasm characters from the view of cytogenetics,the distribution of cells with various chromosome numbers, the relative lengths,arm ratios and centromere indexes of chromosomes in Newzealand White Rabbit, Germany Angora Rabbit, filial-generation 1, filial-generation 2 and the Bristly-wool Rabbit were analysed bymeans of leukocyte culture from peripheral blood.All of the 5 rabbit types had 22 pairs of chromosomes(Table 1). No significant shape difference in the 21 pairs of autosomes and the sex chromosomes was found among the 5 types.
