摘　　要：分析38例狼疮性肾炎（LN）病人重复肾活检的临床、病理与免疫病理资料，旨在探索LN组织类型转变的规律。结果发现LN病程中组织学类型转变的发生率是44．7％，其中Ⅱ型发生转型的比例最高（66．7％），Ⅳ型为26．7％，Ⅴ型占33．3％。Repeated renal biopsy was pcrformcd and analyzed pathologically, immunopathologically and clinically on 38 patients with lupus nephritis (LN) in order to explore the features and characters of the histological transformation of LN. The results showed that the incidence of the histological transformation was 44. 7% on the average in LN. The highcst transforrnation rate was in class Ⅱ LN (66. 7 % ). For the rest it was 26. 7 % in class Ⅳ and 33. 3% in class Ⅴ.
