摘　　要：报告1992年2月至1993年10月作冠状动脉套路移植术8例。讨论了手术指征，病人选择，冠状动脉造影的必要性及手术的技术要点。其主要适应症仍为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者，术后病人心绞痛均消失，心功能不全得到明显改善。This paper presents 8 cases of Coronary Arterial Bypass Grafting(CABG) which were done by usfrom Feb. l992 to Oct- l993. This series consists of 7 cases of ischemic heart disease and one case of congenitalheart disease with abnormal right coroary artery- Two of them had huge left ventricular aneurysm in which ven-tricular reconstruction was done simultaniously. After operation all patients' angina disappeared and heart functionimproved obviously. There is no operative mortality in this small group- The necessity of coronary cineangio-graphy, indication for CABG and key points of surgical techniques were discussed. The results of CABG should bevery satisfactory as long as revasculization is complete.
