摘  要:本文详尽地描述了病菌冬孢子萌发的过程和形态特征,并研究了各种因素对病菌冬孢子萌发的影响,结果表明在水中、室温30~32℃、太阳光照下、pH16~7、氧气充足的条件下,最适宜冬孢子萌发,产生的担孢子量也最多;约2%的冬孢子休眠期约一个月,但多数冬孢子需要体眠5~6个月;冬孢子室内保存有约2年的生命力,以保存7~12个月的冬孢子萌发率最多。Germination and dormancy of the teliospores of Neovossia horriidia were studied. The results revealed that the teliospores germinated at maximal rate and with largest number of sporidia produced,when soaked in water at 30~32℃and pH 6~7,with adequate oxygen supply and sunshine。A dormancy period of five through six months was required for the teliospores to germinate, with an exception of about one month for two percent of them, The telicopores had a vitality period of about two years at indoor storage, But high germination rates occurred in seven through twelve months of storage, Morphological characters during teliospore germinaton were also described。
