木素生物降解的研究进展

摘　　要：对生物降解木素的现况进行了系统的综述。主要论述了木素生物降解的原理；对用于生物降解的菌、酶及作用对象做了归纳；有关菌的培养条件也有说明；列出了生物降解木素的监测方法；指明了生物制浆是未来的研究与发展方向。附有参考文献，以备读者深入。This is a systematic review on biodegradation of lignin,An explaination on the principles of lignin biodegradation has been given.The Microbes,enzymes and substrates involved in biodegradation have been summarized.Condition for inicrobes cultivation are described.The methods for checkiug lignin biogradation have enumerated. How to study biochemical pulping in the future are discussed. Refereces up to date listed will be helpful to the readers interesting in this subject.
