几种中药对烫伤小鼠中性粒细胞的作用

摘　　要：观察中药三七、金银花、虎杖及人参对烫伤小鼠中性粒细胞（ＰＭＮ）的作用。结果烧伤后ＰＭＮ的细胞内贮存钙与正常组比较未见显著的差别，各中药治疗组与之也无统计学意义。伤后ＰＭＮ释放Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２量显著低于正常小鼠，三七和金银花对伤鼠ＰＭＮ的Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２释放未见明显作用。虎杖的中剂量和人参小剂量组对小鼠烫伤后的ＰＭＮ释放Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２有一定程度的改善作用，说明此二种药物具有抗氧化反应的作用。伤鼠ＰＭＮ体外释放溶菌酶显著高于正常，提示伤鼠ＰＭＮ合成和释放溶酶体酶的能力增加，使体外仍显示大量溶菌酶释放。四种中药除人参外，其余的对ＰＭＮ的体外分泌功能均有不同程度的降低作用。Four drugs were chosen for this study. They were panox pseudoginsong wall(PPW ), Loniconica Japonica Thunb (LJT), Polygonum Cuspidatum (PC) and Jilin ginseng(JG ). They were giv- en from the 2nd to the 7th postburn day (PBD). The results showed that(1)There was no difference in the release of intracellular store Ca2+ by PMN between scald mice and normal control;(2)The release of H2O2 by PMN in postburn mice was noticeably reduced than that in the normal mice, and among the 4 tra- ditional drugs。 PC and JG exhibitde beneficial effect on the restoration of the reduced oxidative metabolism of the PMN of the burned mice; and( 3)The PMN of postburn mice secreted tremendous amount of lysozme than that of the normal cotrol, while except JG, the other 3 drugs showed suppressive effect on the secretory function of the scald mice, although their effects were different。
