摘　　要：《飞行员医学临时停飞标准》是指在临飞阶段因飞行员身体出现异常而作出暂时不放飞的医学准则。本《标准》适用于军事飞行人员。共３２个条款，含总则８条，临时停飞２９条。本《标准》已在陆、海、空三军航空兵中广泛使用。两年多来不断收到部队的反映：称本《标准》推进了飞行卫生保障工作的科学化和规范化进程，提高了航空医师工作的权威性。在临飞体检中，对照《标准》已查出数以百计的病例数，杜绝了因身体原因引起的飞行事故，确保了飞行安全，发挥了显著的军事效益和社会效益。tandard of medical temporary grounding for pilots is used as ameasure for temporary grounding of the pilot Who planned to fly buthappened some health problems before flying,The standard, which issuitable for military aircrew, includes 3 general clauses and 29 temporarygrounding clausee,After widely applicated in the air units for more thantwo years, a lot of responses were recieved.This standard was said topromote the scientific level and standardization of aero-medical support,enhance the authoritativeness of flight surgeon. Hundreds of cases werepicked out and temporarily grounded according to this standard duringphysical examination just before flying.The flying accident due to heal-th problem of pilots was avoided and flight safety was secured.Its mili-tary and social benefits were evident.
