摘 要:本文用硫代硫酸钠浸渍炭法测定医院同位素室空气中 ̄(131)Ⅰ浓度,采 ̄(131)Ⅰ效率为98.8~99.7%。用LiF(Mg、Cu、P)热释光剂量计测定外照射剂量。结果表明:工作人员外照射剂量当量在0.1~0.5mSV占64%,3.0~5.0mSV仅占6.6%;吸入 ̄(131)Ⅰ年有效剂量当量最大约0.3mSV.a ̄(-1);10所医院同位素室桌面、地面β污染均未超过导出限值;用 ̄(131)Ⅰ治疗甲亢患者 ̄(131)Ⅰ大部分随尿、粪便排出,仅有少量随唾液、汗水、呼出气排出。he methods of charooal immersed Na ̄2S ̄2O_3 with 98.8-99.7%samplingefficiency were used to determine the  ̄(131)Ⅰ of air in places of nuclear me-dicine work, LiF(Mg,Cu, P) TLD were also used to measure the extern-al dosage,whicli showed the equivalent doses per year of 0.1~0.5mSv in65%,of 3.0~5.0mSv in 6.6% for 106 cases. Equivalent doses per yearfrom inhalation did not exceed 0.32mSv,β-activity level on table andsurfaces iN 10 hospital were lower than limits of Basic Health Standardsfor Radiological Protection GB 4792-84.The great part of  ̄(131)Ⅰ activityexcreted from hyperthyroidism patients was in the urine and fecal samples,a little in saliva,sweat and expired air.
