人参多糖、刺五加提高冷适应能力的研究  被引量:10

STUDY ON ENHANCING COLD ADAPTIVE CAPACITY BY POLYSACCHARIDE FROM RADIX GINSENG AND CIWUJIA

摘  要:本文选择入伍二年北方籍战士60人,分成1Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别服用人参多糖、刺五加和安慰剂口服液。观察服用上述药物是否有提高和加速冷适应能力的作用。其结果(1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组尿VMA排出量第10、20k与实验前比有明显增加(P<0.05和P<0.01),Ⅲ组尿vMA排出量低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。(2)血液流变学指标(全血粘度,总周阻力,微循环半更新时间,心肌氧耗指数)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比实验前有明显差异(P<0.05)。(3)手指在0℃冰水中,实验前三组均有疼痛感,服药期间第5、10天,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与实验前比较,疼痛者明显减少(p<0.05和p<0.01),第20天Ⅰ、Ⅱ组已无疼痛者,而Ⅲ组仍有20%人有疼痛。通过本次实验观察说明,此二药可能有提高或促进冷习服作用。n this study 60 soldiers,who have enlisted for military service overtwo years,were choosed and divided into three groups Ⅰ Ⅱ and Ⅲ receivingthe polysaccharide from Radix Ginseng,the Ciwujia(Radix Acantho para-cis senticosi)and the placebo,respectively,in order to observe the effects in enhancing cold abaptive capacity with these drugs.The results were that(1)the urinary output of VMA(the products of catecholaminemetabolism)in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were increased significantly on the 10thand 20th days as compared with that before experiment,and in group III,it was significant lower than in group1,II at the same time;(2)the he-morrheological norms(including lvhole blood viscosity,resistance of tolalperipheral blood,semiturnover time of microcirculation and mvocardialoxygen-consumptive index)in group I,II were signifcant different as com一pared with that before experimeiit (P<0.05),(3)the pain sensation of fin-gers immersed in ice water(0 ℃)occured in all three groups before experi-ment,while on the 5th and l0th days the number of pain persons decreasedsignificantly(P<0.50 and<0.01);and furthermore on the 20th day nobodyfelt pain in grup I and II,but the number of pain persons accounted for20%of total persons in group III.This experimental observation showedthat the two drugs may enhance or promote the adaptation to cold。
