摘  要:用固定的成年尸体研究了14侧人三角肌各亚部的构筑特征。结果表明,人三角肌各亚部的构筑显著不同。中亚部的生理横切面积最大(20.52cm2),是前亚部的3.5倍,后亚部的5.2倍;而其肌纤维长度(5.55cm)及肌纤维长/肌长比率(0.37)均最小。前、后亚部的肌纤维为平行排列,无羽状角,中亚部为多羽状肌,羽状角平均为10.4°。我们认为,肌的构筑特征与肌的功能相适应。相对而言,三角肌中亚部倾向于以产生张力为主,是为力量型构筑;而前、后亚部则具有产生更大移位和缩短速度的潜能,倾向于速度型构筑。The architectural features of three compartments of the deltoid muscle were studied in 7(14 sides)adult cadavers.The results showed that there is significant architectural difference among three compartments of the deltoid muscle,The physiological cross-sectional area of middle compartment is the largest(20.52 cm2),and is 3.5 times to that of the anterior compartment,5,2times to the posterior one,while its fiber length(5.5 cm)and fiber length/muscle length ratio (0. 37 )is the smallest.The muscle fibers of the anterior and posterior compartments are ar ranged in parallel with each other and their pinnation angles are 0°,The average pinnation angle of the muscle fibers in the multipennate middle compartment is 10.4°.The authors suggest that the architectural features of the muscle are adapted to its function,The middle compartment of the deltoid muscle is designed mainly for greater tension production while the anterior and posterior compartments are for greater displacement and velocity.
