摘  要:目前生物瓣的上要问题是如何延长其使用寿命(其中还由多种因素引起的原发性组织衰坏),我们认为衰坏的原因之一是由于处理过程中生物瓣组织结构的完整性受到破坏所至,本文取狗心包片10个(0.5cm^2).在不同时间内行常规电镜处理及扫描电镜观察,结果:(1)新鲜心包浆膜面一层致密纤细的微绒毛覆盖:(2)4~8小时心包表面呈片状脱落:(3)20小时后表面绒毛短缩、集聚成“珊瑚”状.细胞间隙变大.胶原纤维暴露:(4)冷冻3天后心包结构完好.我们也观察了1985年及1987年中山医院制作的牛心包瓣,均发现有上述损伤.1985年心包瓣损伤更重.有此认为心包结构与固定时间,处理方式密切相关 心包表面的微绒毛的完整与否是心包受损的早期敏感指标.为了延长生物瓣的使用寿命.其制作及处理过程方法改进是十分重要的.The main cause for affecting the life span of bioprothctic cardiac valve (BC'V) is the completeness of its structrue. 10 specimens (0.5 cm) of dog pericardia as well as bovine percardial valves (from Zhong Shan Hospital ) were taken and observed by SEM. The results showed the fresh pericardiac perthelial surface was complete: at 4-8 hours the desquamation of speck or flack of the cells on its surface was seen: at 20 hours the microvilli on its surface were shortened and gathering cells gaps and collagen fibers could be clearly seen: the structure of the pericardia re-mained fine 3 days after refregeration. The damage of structure of the pericardia mentioned above was also found in bovine pericardial valves made in Zhong Shan Hospital in 1985 and in 1987. Therefore, we conclude that the microvilli on the pericardial surface are sensitive and that they are an early indicator for deciding the quality of pericardial valves. It is very important to improve the methods of the manufacture and the treatment of BCV for prolonging the life span of bioprotheses.
