上肢血管干医学影像学的应用解剖

摘　　要：为适应临床影像学的发展,用传统的解剖学方法,结合临床超声诊断选择相应的测点,测量了用福尔马林液固定的成尸50具(男41、女9)上肢血管的锁骨下、腋、肱、尺和桡动、静脉的内、外径,以及动脉壁厚度.并将尸体各动脉测值与36例(72侧)用Acuson128型双功能彩色电脑声像仪测得数据相比较,经T检验,均为P>0.The observation and measurement of the upper limb blood vessels were made in 50 adultcadavers (male 41, female 9) which were fixed by formalin. The measurement points wereselected with the aid of ultrasonic diagnosis. The external and internal diameters of the subclavian,axillary, brachial, ulnar, radial arteries and veins, and the thickness of the walls of these arterieswere measured with micrometer. The figures obtained were compared with those obtained in36 normal subjects by ACUSON 128 sonography unit, using 5MH2 transducer, and were tested byT-test. There is no significant difference between them (P>0.05).
