摘 要:用HPR顺、逆行了追踪法研究黑尾蜡嘴雀上纹状体腹侧尾端核的神经联系.结果表明:上纹状体腹侧尾端核分别接受同侧的新纹状体前部巨细胞核、新纹状体中部界面核、丘脑Uva核及脑桥蓝斑核的传入投射,它的传出纤维投射至同侧的古纹状体粗核及嗅叶的X区.此外,上纹状体腹侧尾端核还接受同侧端脑听区的传入投射.因此.发声与听觉的高位中枢有直接的纤维联系.The neural connections of HVc in Eophona migratoria were investigated using anterograde and retrograde HRP tracing techniques. The results indicate that nucleus HVc receives ipsilaterally afferent projections from nucleus magnocellularis of the anterior neostriatum (MAN), from nucleus interfacialis (NIF) of midneostriatum. from nucleus uvaeformis (Uva) of thalamus and from nucleus locus cerulcus (LoC) of poas respectively. HVc projects to robust nucleas of the archistriatum (RA) and area X of lobus parolfactorius. In addition. HVc receives projections also from an ipsilateral telencephalic auditory nucleus-field L of the neostriatum. It shows that there are direct neural connections between the high centre of audition and the high center of vocal control.
