家兔小腿三头肌肌亚部区分和运动终板分布的观察

摘　　要：用家兔小腿三头肌做肌亚部区分和运动终板分布的研究.结果表明,腓肠肌外侧头可分为三个肌亚部,各肌亚部有一支一级神经支和一条运动终板带;腓肠肌内侧头和比目鱼肌无区分肌亚部的形态特征.作者认为,腓肠肌外侧头区分的肌亚部与运动终板的分布具有相关性.用大体解剖法区分的肌亚部可通过肌运动终板的分布验证.A study of the distribution of motor end plates and the compartmentalization of skeletal muscles are made on the triceps muscle of calf of rabbit. The result showed that the lateral gastrocnemius muscles were divided into three discrete compartments. Each compartment contained a primary nerve branch supply and a distinct innervation band of end plates. The medial gastrocnemius and soleus are not compartmentalized. We suggest that there is a general correlation between the distribution of motor end plates and the compartmentalization of skeletal muscles. The compartmentalization of skeletal muscles with gross anatomy can be demonstrated by the distri bution of its motor end plates.
