泼尼松对大鼠骨骼影响的实验研究

摘　　要：实验用16只3月龄雄性SD大鼠,随机分为激素组和对照组,激素组喂醋酸泼尼松2次/周,3个月后对两组动物第5腰椎骨代谢的动态指标和静态指标进行测算和分析.结果表明激素组类骨质面积减少53%、骨吸收周长增加207%、骨小梁面积减少29%、骨小梁分离度增加56%、骨小梁面积减少28%.这些资料为临床长期使用糖皮质激素药物而引起骨质疏松症提供了参考数据.In the experimental study, sixteen male Sprague - Dawley rats at 3 months of age were chosen. They were divided at random into control and hormonal group. The hormonal group was given prednisone acetate two times a week. After three months, the dynamic and static histomorphometric parameters of bone matabolism of the fifth lumbar vertebral body of rats in both groups were measured and calculated. The results show that prednisone acetate has significant effects on lumbar vertebral body of rats cancellous bone, which may provide reference to osteoporosis caused by using glucocorticoid hormones in clinical treatment for a long time.
