摘  要:用ATP酶组织化学、电镜组化和图像分析方法,研究胎鼠和新生小鼠表皮内郎格汉斯细胞的发育.结果表明:第16天胎鼠表皮中开始出现ATP酶阳性郎格汉斯细胞,电镜组化观察郎格汉斯细胞的胞膜表面有ATP酶反应物沉积。图像分析结果证实,随着表皮分化,郎格汉斯细胞数量迅速增长,细胞的周长、面积和ATP酶反应物的灰度也逐渐增大。出生后4~5天郎格汉斯细胞的结构和数量均与成鼠相似,ATP酶含量也达成鼠的水平。By means of ATPase histochemistry, electron microscopy and image analysis, the development of Langerhans cells (LC) in the epidermis of fetal and newborn mice was studied. The results were as follows: (1) ATPase-positive LC appeared in the epidermis at the 16th day. (2) Under the histochemistry electron microscope the membrane of LC possessed deposits of ATPase reacting sub-stance. (3) The image analysis showed that the number of ATPase positive LC increased rapidly with the defferentiation of epidermis, in these cells the average perimeter, area and grey of ATPase reacting substance all increased progressively, too. The cytological features were similar to those of adult mice cells at postnatal say 4 - 5. The number of LC and ATPase contents increased to the level of adult skin.
