健康新生儿面部及体格测量研究

摘　　要：报道了太原地区出生三天内健康足月汉族新生儿868例(男466,女402)眼距、耳位、身长、胸骨长、胸围和乳距的测量值均数,以及乳距与身长、乳距与胸围、胸骨长与身长的比值.对各项数值进行相关及回归分析,并提出用乳距或胸骨长推算身长,用乳距推算胸围的回归方程.868 cases (male 466, female 402) of healthy fullterm newborns within 3 days were investigated in Taiyuan region. The study included the following parameters: the distance of eyes, the position of ears, body length(BL), sternum length (StL), the circumference of the chest (Cire of chest), the distance of mammllas (Dist of mam), and the ratios of Dist of mam to BL, Dist of mam to Cire of chest and StL to BL. The analysis of above values were made with relative and retrogressive equations. The result indicated that BL could be calculated by Dist of mam or StL and Cire of chest by Dist of mam.
